Villa Franca Estate makes it possible for your wedding, and reception to be a most elegant and memorable affair, for you and up to 300 of your closest family and friends. A sunset behind the beautiful gardens at Villa Franca Estate provides the perfect setting for your wedding.

Our "Run of the Estate" Package offers the following services for outdoor/indoor wedding ceremonies and receptions:

• 2 hours for ceremony rehearsal on Friday
• Access to the Estate 2 hours before the ceremony on Saturday
• Use of our private, two-room bridal dressing suite with light refreshments provided
• Private groom dressing room with 32 in TV
• Up to 300 white folding, padded chairs for the ceremony
• 2 parking attendants (30 minutes prior to and up to the start of the event)
• Vendors may begin deliveries at 9 a.m. Saturday
• Large, high-top white event canopy for the reception
• Free electrical connections for all vendors
• 5 ft. round tables to accomodate all guests
• Cake tables for bride cake and groom cake
• Cake cutting service
• Gift table, photo display table, bride portrait easel and registry table
• 50 person packages also include centerpieces and white linens for all tables
• Ring in your grand entrance with our 30 in historical bell displayed in one of our impeccably kept gardens
• Free use of Estate for photo re-takes (by appointment only)
• Free copy of all "snapshot" photos taken by Estate staff on CD
• Lighted gardens and grounds for evening events
• The grounds are complete with beautifully manicured gardens with seasonal flowers year-round
• Choose from a list of preffered vendors
• Use of our new Magnolia Room with massive stone wood burning fireplace and 63 in plasma TV to display memoir pictures
• Professional directional signs placed at 4 different locations to direct your guests
• Set-up and clean-up of all the above is included
